Text Message Updates

When you leave an item with us for repair or open a layaway account, we can text you updates about it. This page shows exactly what we ask you at the counter and what you are agreeing to.

What we ask you at the counter

"Would you like text updates about your repair? We'll text you when we receive it, when our jeweler starts work, and when it's ready to pick up. For layaways we'll send a balance reminder on the first and the last day of each month, and a receipt each time you pay."

If you say yes, we write your mobile number on your ticket envelope and enter it into our ticket system. If you say no, nothing changes about your repair or layaway — we simply call you instead.

What you are agreeing to

By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to text updates, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Celebration Jewelers about your own repair or layaway.

• Program: Celebration Jewelers repair and layaway updates
• Messages you will get: repair status updates, layaway balance reminders, payment receipts, and a secure link to view your ticket or pay online
• Message frequency: varies by the activity on your item. A typical repair receives three to four messages. A layaway receives two balance reminders per month, on the first and the last day of the month, plus a receipt for each payment.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for these messages.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message, or call us on (407) 298-8202.
• For help: reply HELP to any message, or call us on (407) 298-8202.
• Not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to texts to have work done or to open a layaway.

We only text numbers attached to an active ticket. We never buy, rent, or import phone number lists. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
